For more than a century, Astec have been a leading supplier of the most comprehensive line of Single Toggle Jaw Crushers in the market today. These crushers are designed for high capacity throughput as a primary crusher. This is provided by the elliptical movement of the swing jaw, which also relieves the crusher to discharge crushed material.
We have a crusher for any application – big or small. With crushing chambers up to 1525 mm wide, our single-toggle jaw crushers generate production capacities in excess of 1,500 tph. Some models are equipped to provide up to 25% more production than comparable models.
